Get to Know Me

As Co-Founder of Prosper Real Estate, Heather Winham partners in 70-90 transactions per year. Heather helps her clients maximize their investments through her strong negotiation skills and experience. Her clients appreciate her ability to listen, understand, and anticipate their needs with patience, kindness and compassion. She treats each person she meets with respect and builds every relationship on trust. She has won numerous awards for her skill base, transaction volume and excellent customer service. 

Heather's mission is to serve her clients by listening to their needs and going above and beyond to help them achieve their real estate goals. Building strong and lasting relationships with the people she helps is a joy and priority for Heather. She strives to educate her clients at every opportunity as Heather believes every experience will carry them into their next real estate adventure with confidence. 

Heather is a SoCal native who has lived in the East Bay for more than 30 years and now resides in Discovery Bay. She has four amazing adult children and a loving German Sheppard. Heather enjoys bowling in a league with friends, hockey games and hiking!
