"There’s no replacement for experience! My Wife and Parents both had an interest in possibly relocating to Oakley – DB area. I saw Mark on Zillow and contacted him. Another agent I called and left a message but got no reply. Mark picked up the phone at the end of the day and was attentive and detailed to my requests from the moment we talked! He knew this was an inquiry and not a certainty that we would relocate, but identified houses for my wife and family and other houses for my parents. He understood the needs of both parties and laid out a day to show us around and answer questions at every location we went to. My Dad is practically deaf and doesn’t adjust his hearing aid correctly all the time and Mark was very patient and unflustered by having to answer my dads same questions 10 times over and over again. Very patient. Really though it was Marks professionalism, experience, knowledge of the Market, schools, and honesty of facts and opinions of the specifics of each property and area with relation to cost variables and value!
