From 2000, Jerry Gonzales has been a trusted advisor to many clients through their exciting property investments, including counseling first-time homebuyers, collaborating with skilled investors, and guiding those looking for multifamily dwellings. Jerry’s extensive background in the real estate industry specializing in loan financing and homebuyer education has proven to be an invaluable asset to all he serves.

From his experience navigating clients through challenging markets, such as during the Great Recession, Jerry realized the true and lasting value of real estate. Since then, he has been dedicated to ensuring his clients are well informed about making smart property investments for their future. No matter the price range or purpose, Jerry is passionate about helping people of all income levels achieve their real estate dreams.

A native Californian, Jerry graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a double major in history and theater arts and an emphasis in film and video. His photography talents have proven beneficial to his listing clients and real estate peers alike with his beautiful 3D virtual property tours for listing videos using his 3D Matterport camera.

Jerry’s deep connections to the local business community span three California counties: Contra Costa, Solano, and Napa. He is a bilingual member of the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. As an active member of the Crockett Striped Bass Club and Crockett Bocce League, Jerry enjoys dropping a line in one of the many hot fishing spots in the area and catching up with friends after a good game of bocce.
