Kevin Methvin has been “eating, drinking, and breathing” real estate since buying his first home from his grandparents when he was 24 years old. He combines that enthusiasm with his native East Bay knowledge, professionalism, and integrity to help his clients experience the joy of homeownership.

Kevin grew up in San Leandro, attended Chabot College in Hayward, and began his career in sales, including automotive and B2B. He also acquired skills in marketing, media, and public relations and was a loan officer for many years before transitioning into real estate. Specializing in the marketing/advertising and lead generation side of the industry, Kevin thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He decided to earn his real estate license so that he could use his extensive skills to benefit buyers and sellers alike.

Kevin’s background as a loan officer has given him a thorough understanding of the process, positioning him to expertly assist clients with some of the more challenging aspects of real estate, including closing costs, offers, and lender qualifications. He’s also NMLS-licensed and has received accolades from the Women’s Council of Realtors® as an affiliate member.

Kevin’s interests outside of real estate include motorsports, bowling, kickball, and volunteering with the Delta Harvest Run, which reflects his passion for fitness. A dedicated family man, Kevin is a proud father of two hard-working and successful sons, and he is happily planning his wedding with his fiancé Amanda.
